1 to 3 years of previous automotive vehicle detailing experience

High School education or equivalent experience

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers

Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.

Inform Service Manager or Service Lead of any required repairs.

Keep track of cleaning supplies and inform Service Manager or Service Lead of needed items.

Perform other duties, assignments and responsibilities as needed.

Act as “Detailer and Coordinator” for assigned projects

Coordinate with BIM service providers and Subcontractors

Create models including structure, architectural elements, and MEP systems ( mainly HVAC)

Develop models to illustrate contractor questions and solutions

Create a constructible model. Spool lengths comply with client or site restrictions. Routings are inaccessible areas. The model is fully installable

Distribute new and revised models showing changes and RFI answers

2D & 3D CAD modelling software experience desirable

Innovative, creative, attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Self-motivated, collaborative professional with a passion for detail-oriented work

Familiarity with CAD Software API’s in order to perform CAD design operations using iLogic / Visual Basic code an asset

What You Need To Succeed

Previous related experience with the steel industry would be nice.

Good oral and written communication skills

Day-to-day processing of all orders received via email, phone, walk-in customers, and from outside sales reps

Order processing also includes the handling of cash, debit, and credit card payments.

Obtaining freight quotes from local and national freight carriers for order shipments and transfers between branches

Assisting accounts with stock checks, price checks, and working with customers viewing our products in our showroom

Experience in a Warehouse environment

Working in a team environment in a Large Warehouse

Maintaining a safe work environment

Must have a Walkie License

Must be comfortable in a warehouse environment

Must have a clean Criminal background check
