What You Will Do

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Engineering Design Team as we are actively recruiting for a Detailer. The detailer is responsible for creating detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings to support our customers requirements. As a detailer you will get exposure to jig and fixture; end of arm tools; and pierce and form die designs. Applications consist of projection & resistant spot welding; gas metal arc welding; drawn arc stud welding; sealant and adhesive application; self clinching fasteners and joining technology equipment.

What We’re Looking For

• A team player who will work within a flexible detailing group environment while interfacing with Designers, Project Management, and mechanical build staff to complete assigned tasks
• Self-motivated, collaborative professional with a passion for detail-oriented work

What You Need To Succeed

• Innovative, creative, attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• 2D & 3D CAD modelling software experience desirable
• Familiarity with CAD Software API’s in order to perform CAD design operations using iLogic / Visual Basic code an asset
