Job Description of an Operator Trainee An Operator Trainee is responsible for learning the skills and knowledge necessary to become a qualified operator in a manufacturing or production environment. The Operator Trainee will be trained in the operation of various machines, equipment, and processes, as well as safety protocols and quality control procedures.

• Knowledge of quality control procedures
• Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance
