Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facility management or property management fields;
Assists in the continual improvement of various Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS);
Assists in the documentation of transition work plans, with Account Management team;
Proven ability to effectively interact with clients, tenants, management and staff;
Coordinates monthly reporting requirements, such as Health & Safety, Quality, Training, monthly status reports, project governance, etc.;
Assists or manages special assignments in line with project goals;
