Qualifications, Skills, And Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field) is ideal, but not a requirement.

Experience applying problem-solving methodologies in work environments.

Experience supporting continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Accelerated Root Cause, Transactional Lean, etc.

Prior experience with AutoCAD considered an asset.

Intermediate skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Minimum 5 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical area, cGMP processing environment and/or combination of education and experience

Previous experience of Lean/ Six sigma/ Kaizen (or other improvement processes) or Certification

Good working knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements for products in major markets

Support the transfer of technical knowledge to the PD teams on specific topics

Support production managers and act as first point of contact when a manager is absent or out of the office

Post-secondary degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Applied Biology or equivalent related to the responsibilities

Lead, check and internally approve external process engineering work, through all stage gate phases performed in connection with capital projects.

Maintain awareness with, and compliance to, environmental, social, and governance (ESG).

Mentor junior personnel for practice and career development.
