Overview A Nursery Nurse is a professional who works in a childcare setting, providing care and education for young children. They are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children, and for helping them to develop physically, emotionally, and socially. Detailed Job Description Nursery Nurses are responsible for providing a safe and stimulating environment for young children. They are responsible for planning and implementing activities that are appropriate for the age and development level of the children in their care. Nursery Nurses must be able to create a positive and nurturing atmosphere, and must be able to communicate effectively with both children and adults.
