Management of the plant internal audit program for all plant HACCP programs

HACCP certification preferred or equivalent experience (HACCP I and II training or equivalent)

Able to address concerns/issues with appropriate management through verbal and written communication.

Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation (SFCA, FSMA, etc.), and 3rd party standards (BRC, AIB, etc.)

Knowledge of microbiological techniques and ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve and develop solutions

Post-Secondary Education required (University Degree preferred)

Minimum 10 or more years of experience in IT business/industry with Project Management experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required with PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is considered an asset

Champions ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for agile project management and improve team efficiency and effectiveness

Responsible for stakeholder management, collaboration, and execution approach

Influencing and negotiation experience and skills in an environment with high competition for resources

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others as well as manage conflict
