National Meetings And Events Planner Jobs

Supervision of marketing projects of all scales and management of strategy, marketing, communication, logistics, finance, legal, and sales-oriented challenges.

Support National Events Manager on overall strategy and execution.

Manage, control, and establish processes around the national event marketing infrastructure assets.

Manage, control, and execute, together with a Field member, all National Small Fire initiative.

Manage and control the execution of key 3rd Party events / partnerships alongside with regional teams.

Extensive knowledge of Canadian and global sporting landscapes and trends.

Minimum of 2 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in customer service and event management.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data management.

Assists in the sustainment of Scotiabank North (meeting & event planning, administrative management, facilities management of the space).

Good knowledge of Bank HR polices, practices and legal requirements.

Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

Contribute to a team focus of continuous improvement, improving how we work, including the experiences and environment within The Commons.
