Greet customer promptly and gather prescription information according to Standards

Strong problem-solving skills, including experience in formulating and executing action plans to address patient and operational issues promptly

Pharmacy Assistant certification is an asset

Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism to ensure that patients are treated with empathy, respect, and confidentiality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients and clinical pharmacists

Managing patient appointments through the internal booking scheduler and ensuring all appointments are scheduled appropriately

Coordinating patient follow-up appointments as required

Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales

Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience

Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge

Minimum 1 year retail experience

Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills

Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
