Modeling And System Architecture Engineer Jobs

10+ years of experience in the refining and/or petrochemicals industries, including at least five years in process modeling and techno-economic assessment.

Experienced in refinery and petrochemical flowsheeting (PFD and P&ID), and equipment sizing and capital cost estimation.

Highly skilled in developing mass and energy balances using various analytical techniques and calculation methods.

Knowledgeable about standard refining and petrochemical processes (e.g., fluid catalytic cracking, hydrocracking, reforming), and utilities processes.

Experience with R&D projects, process development, lifecycle analysis, and/or scale-up is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to work effectively across multiple functional departments.

Experience within the area of Requirements Modeling and Model Based System Engineering

Design, Develop, Simulate and Validate SysML models and Generate EE system requirements related tasks, for example:

Be able to annotate the SysML models to generate the EE requirements.

Work with Systems Teams to explain requirements issues and come up with innovative solutions and fixes.

A minimum of 1+ years of related engineering experience

Demonstrated competency in Systems Engineering – EE Requirements, Communications Protocols

Experience within the area of Requirements Modeling and Model Based System Engineering

Be able to annotate the SysML models to generate the EE requirements.

Work with Systems Teams to explain requirements issues and come up with innovative solutions and fixes.

A minimum of 1+ years of related engineering experience
