They are also responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise with the device. Detailed Job Description A Mobile Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mobile devices. They must be knowledgeable in the latest mobile technology and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the device. They must be able to diagnose and repair any hardware or software issues that may arise. They must also be able to provide technical support to customers who are having issues with their device.
