Excellent time management skills/must adhere to tight deadlines/respond quickly to situations

Cleans and stores equipment and machinery used, reporting any deficiencies to Management team

Make adjustments and minor repairs. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems

2 years + experience preferred, however willing to train a suitable candidate

Good verbal communication and writing skills

Knowledge of national and industry codes and standards such as WHMIS

REPORTS TO:** Security Programs Manager

Participate in progressive disciplinary meetings with Mobile Security Officers and the Security Programs Manager as required.

Provide direction, motivation, and ongoing training to the Mobile team by setting positive examples and conducting probationary and yearly reviews.

Provide documented, critical feedback and coaching to Mobile Officers either during their shifts, or at shift change each day.

Ensure the completion of a Mobile Department Orientation for every officer currently working on shift.

Ensure all standing post orders and scheduled daily activities are being performed/followed properly by the Mobile team.

Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods

Transport garbage bins to and from transfer station

Transport cardboard and recycling to and from transfer station

Prepare bins for garbage disposal

Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend

Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 50lbs)

3+ years of experience in Product Management

Experience in agile product management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

Familiarity with product management software and tooling (ie: Productboard, Aha!)

Comfortable working in iterative cycles, conducting product reviews, and adapting to changes in requirements and priorities.

Passionate about mobile technologies and the capabilities of mobile applications

Create and own the mobile product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements to drive business objectives

Examine and diagnose RV problems

Discuss repairs with shop foreman or RV service dispatcher

Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor

Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman

Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor

Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly
