Overview Mixer I is a position responsible for mixing ingredients to create a variety of food products. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately. Mixer I is responsible for ensuring that all ingredients are properly measured and mixed in the correct order and amounts. Detailed Job Description Mixer I is responsible for measuring, mixing, and blending ingredients to create a variety of food products. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately. The Mixer I will be responsible for ensuring that all ingredients are properly measured and mixed in the correct order and amounts. The Mixer I will also be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all equipment used in the mixing process. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to accurately measure and mix ingredients
• Ability to follow recipes accurately
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a food production environment preferred
• Ability to read and understand recipes
• Ability to use basic kitchen equipment
