Minimum 2-3 years of administrative and coordination experience, with extensive knowledge of event planning and office practices.
Proven track record in external stakeholder management and communications.
Manages calendars and schedules, sets up and accepts appointments, arranges travel, prepares necessary background documentation/meeting packages.
Manages and maintains the team’s Sharepoint database.
Demonstrated hands-on experience using Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel) and web-based platform (e.g. SharePoint, Dropbox, GoTo Meeting).
