Laboratory Technician (Remote Mine Site)

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Meet or exceed established performance expectations set by management;
0 - 1 years of relevant work experience required or equivalent experience through post-secondary education
Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Intermediate level required, uses logical and practical approach to solve problems;
Prepares a representative subsample from client sample that meets specific requirements using defined methods (Dry, Crush, Pulverize, Pressure Filter, Mix, etc.);
Language Skills: Intermediate English required, Advanced preferred;
Mine Technician - Water & Tailings

Install Instrumentation systems and other responsibilities as required;
Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in open pit mining;
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Database, Windows), GPS, Total Station, CAD Systems and other mining software;
Strong verbal and written skills;
Geotechnical Instrumentation and Hydrologic or hydrogeologic experience is an asset.
