Memory Care Director Jobs

Proven management skills, including quality improvement, change management, evaluation, planning and utilization management skills, risk and patient safety

Coach and mentor direct reports to create opportunities for management development, appraise their efforts to achieve business objectives.

Manages internal and external relationships, consulting with knowledge experts in the broader health care environment to drive program developmental initiatives.

Current Certification with the College Nurses of Ontario is preferred

Demonstrated evidence of formal leadership training, with three to five years′ leadership experience

A minimum of five years′ experience in obstetrics or paediatrics, preferably with exposure to diverse populations

Proven experience in staffing, leading, developing, and retaining a strong resident care team

Oversee and implement infection control, pharmaceutical, and physical/chemical restraining policies, and procedures, and assures that committee recommendations are carried out

Interviews, hires, trains, supervises, evaluates, and retains a high-performing resident care team

Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and maintains the operating budgets

Actively participate in the sales process
