·Minimum of three to five years of lending experience and/or experience gained in the financial services industry

·Enhancing member relationships to ensure branch and individual goals are met

Assist the learning team in organizing and promoting professional development opportunities for members, including workshops, certifications, and educational resources.

Other duties as assigned by the CEO or senior manager

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong and creative copywriting and editing skills.

Ability to multi-task, manage tight deadlines,and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical, research, organizational and planning skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing/communications role

You possess superior communication skills

You are team oriented Energetic Friendly and outgoing

You enjoy working in a fast paced, guest service environment

You are available to work late on weekends and some late weeknights
