Lead and Manage Demand Generation Programs:

Build and manage a high-performing demand generation team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.

Experience with data analysis, deriving insights and making data-driven decisions.

Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategy:

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop regular reports and dashboards to measure the effectiveness and ROI of demand generation activities.

Responsible for ensuring trains and major sub-components are transported on time and in safe conditions

Contribute to supplier selection and total cost of ownership decisions for manufacturing footprint decisions that have freight / transport considerations

Act as expert within project teams on movement of rail cars

Drive consistency in process, systems & data across AT Sites

Facilitates communication towards internal stakeholders and external stakeholders

Have strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail

Bachelor's degree and/or appropriate combination of education and work experience to support on-the-job effectiveness.

Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management; Ability to promote and participate in team environment concepts.

3 years retail / customer service management experience
