Reporting to the Director of Engagement, The Engagement Specialists key responsibilities are:

Escalate to management team and corporate communications as needed

1 to 2 years of relevant work experience

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Manage Royale and team premiums

Analytical and detail oriented. Results driven

Key Point of Contact for Consumer Relations team – ensure Consumer Relations team is trained and updated on major Royale initiatives
