Education: BSc with 10+ years directly related experience in cGMP cell manufacturing environment, or combination of experience and education

Complete other duties and projects as assigned to meet departmental requirements

Ensure efficient and compliant functioning of BTT manufacturing, including direct responsibility for drug substance and drug product manufacturing functions.

Forecast, schedule, and track all manufacturing activities to ensure timely disposition and accountability for Key Performance Indicators.

Lead a team of cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic decisions into manufacturing execution

Facilitate alignment with Aspect leadership and appropriate prioritization within manufacturing priorities.

Have 8-10 years of Manufacturing Experience across layers – Sensors & Devices, Controls, MES, ERP

Integrating new hardware and complex systems

Have good understanding of S95, S88, 21 CFR P11

Have deployed Manufacturing Solutions and good understanding Integration Strategy

Worked on Industrial Communication Protocol – OPCUA, ModBus, MQT, Wireless, 5G, API Integration

Determining that the outcome of the integration has met the organization’s needs

Follow written and oral instruction, complete the science and general aptitude testing requirements.

Manufacturing experience is not necessary but would be beneficial.

Clean and sanitize equipment as required

Clean the manufacturing and filling areas when required

Perform water sampling and EM sampling where required

Maintain the inventory of consumables in the cleanrooms
