They also work with other departments to ensure that the organization’s products meet customer requirements. Detailed Job Description Manufacturing Excellence Specialists are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of manufacturing processes. They develop and implement process improvement plans, and work with other departments to ensure that the organization’s products meet customer requirements.
