Manager Financial Planning Jobs

Strong Research & Analysis skill

· Advanced budgeting/forecasting, advanced financial reporting and advanced financial analysis experience

· Extensive experience and proficiency with financial report writing tools and software

· Exceptional organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)

· Professional, friendly, diplomatic with exceptional interpersonal skills

· Experience with Navision an asset

- Presenting financial forecasts and analysis to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

As the Manager of Financial Planning in a SOX environment, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the development, maintenance, and enhancement of financial planning processes in alignment with SOX requirements.

- Proven experience (X+ years) in financial planning and analysis roles, preferably in a SOX-compliant environment.

- Strong understanding of SOX controls and regulations, and experience applying them to financial planning processes.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

More than 5 years of progressive experience in financial management with background in planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and cash management.

Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior management;

University degree with a concentration in business, or accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.

Effectively manage the team’s ongoing deliverables, including assisting with the development and implementation of new tools and systems;

Consistently design and manage processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
