Collaborate with demand gen/agencies as part of wider strategy surrounding content, offers and optimization.

Cultivate and manage relationships with social influencers in the industry to expand awareness and reach.

Experience managing relationships with agencies, social influencers and external vendors.

Experience growing social media following and engagement in support of short and longer term business goals.

Experience in hands-on video editing and production and partnering with video editors.

Supervisory experience in an industrial environment, preferentially, in a microbial-biotech related industry.

Willingness to lead by example, work hard and quickly learn new skills.

3 - 5 years related experience (5+ preferred).

Attention to detail, with the ability to focus on the assigned tasks, and responsibilities.

Assist in building, leading and the hiring of the plant operations team.

Promote collaborative interactions across the different departments.

3-5 years of relevant Operations Management experience required.

Exceptional project management and leadership skills in a cross-functional matrix team environment.

Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Business Administration or related fields required; M.B.A preferred.

Manage suppliers and be the main point of contact.

Promote and manage a corporate culture of accountability and ownership.

Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Propose, develop, implement and update Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that critical processes are managed effectively and accurately, emphasizing data integrity.

Manage financial and budget activities within areas of responsibility.

Manage stakeholder portal content to support engagement through appropriate information sharing.

6+ years of experience in office and administrative functions, preferably in a medical equipment service and repair organization.
