Manager – Business Development Advanced Technologies Jobs

5-9 years of relevant experience with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects

Knowledge and proven experience in requirements management and communication – requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, Backlog Management

Conduct coverage analysis and impact analysis between program and projects requirements to enable effective change management

Knowledge and proven experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation

Knowledge and proven experience in requirements elicitation techniques Interviews, Facilitated workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus groups, Surveys

Knowledge and proven experience in requirements analysis and documentation:

Mentor the team working x-functionally across Research, Innovation Management, Concept Creation, & Raw material Innovation.

Research new technologies, materials, methods of make for the team to inform and shape new guest solves and new experiences.

5+ years’ experience with proven track record in advanced analytics and forecasting models, preferably in a consumer goods or related industry.

Strong knowledge of AI initiatives and their application in data-driven decision-making

Previous experience in managing and deploying global analytical tools is a plus

Own the product roadmap, define and prioritize features and requirements and manage releases with phases and milestones

BS/MS in Computer Science and MBA or related field or equivalent experience required.

Experience in working with engineering, IT, UX & UI teams to define, develop and deliver the products and solutions

Experience with marketing and evangelism of products and services

Experience with building new relationships with partners and customers to translate to sales opportunities

Skilled at working with cross functional groups and teams located in multiple sites

Experience supporting global business development teams in the Indo-Pacific region

Well-developed and deep global professional network and strong technical and business knowledge acquired through directly relevant business activity
