Maintenance And Asset Management Specialist Jobs in Quebec

Program management or governance leadership experience with proven track record of success

Demonstrate good time management, ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines across multiple deliverables

Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; Jira and/or SharePoint experience preferred but not required

Management and coordination of informal and formal committee meetings including scheduling, agenda setting, tracking follow-ups, and capturing meeting minutes

Ensure committee reporting and documentation requirements are met, follow-up on outstanding actions, and manage centralized mailbox for incoming committee requests

Position Title : Asset Management Governance Lead

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Asset Management Engineer.

Identifies and manages strategic maintenance requirements that involve integration across multiple sites or asset groups.

Undertakes all post-work execution tasks and maintenance administration to support ongoing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) data and systems improvement.

Collects and collates work management data for review and identification of improvement actions.

Familiarity with asset management processes.

Proficiency in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) data and systems improvement.
