Shipping and receiving using automated system to track and manage activity.

Experience with digital printing (digital front ends, and workflows).

Working with remote desktop administration.

06-month contract with strong potential for permanent employment.

Full-time (37.50 hours per week).

Schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Acquire and maintain knowledge of local infrastructure including roads, customers and delivery receptacles

Have experience in making deliveries and operating a motor vehicle in all kinds of weather and traffic conditions

Project a positive and courteous manner when dealing with customers face-to-face

Be adept at sorting, collecting and delivering mail items, in a safe and timely manner

Provide a qualified replacement or helper to cover vacation/absences or extra hours (as required)

Ensure mail is safely secured in their possession

Experience with operating W&D Insertion Equipment. – Qualification preferred

Experience with NeoPost or Quadient Mail Machines. – Qualification preferred

Experience with Pitney Bowes Mail Machine. – Qualification preferred

Determine output requirements, machine set-up, check proofs (may include scanning and minimal document manipulation), run job, remove output and deliver output.

Experience in finishing environment, operating finishing /binding equipment.

Math skills (multiplication, division, percentages).
