· Provide support in line management and crowd control
· Provide an extraordinary customer service experience
· Must hold and maintain valid applicable Security Guard License and First Aid & CPR Certification
· Minimum of 6 months of retail security experience in large venue settings in a team environment
· Must demonstrate an elevated level of emotional intelligence and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Law Enforcement / Police Foundations and/or equivalent college/university education related to the security industry (preferred)
