Proven experience operating a picker/crane, with the ability to load, unload, and secure cargo effectively.

Strong knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safety procedures.

Excellent driving skills, including maneuvering in various weather and road conditions.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Valid certifications for operating a picker/crane, including any additional safety training.

Paid in truck orientation and online courses / certifications

Competitive Pay $95,000 - $110,000 per year

Pension $2.60/hr. or approximately $7,488/yr. Arrow pays directly into your Pension Plan! 100% paid by Arrow.

Scheduled Home time – 5 on / 2 off

Direct deposit Pay – Every 2 Weeks

Minimum of 3 years of Class 1 driving experience

Excellent communication skills with co-workers and customers

Negotiable salary for experienced drivers

Keep Accurate Driver Log (EDL)

Some Cross Border hauling may be required if qualified
