Overview Logistics Operator I is responsible for the efficient and effective movement of goods and materials from one location to another. They are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and that all safety regulations are followed. Detailed Job Description Logistics Operator I is responsible for the efficient and effective movement of goods and materials from one location to another. This includes loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed, and that all safety regulations are followed. They are also responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods, as well as the maintenance of accurate records and reports. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles
• Ability to read and interpret maps and other documents
• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Forklift certification
• Experience in transportation and logistics
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes
• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Knowledge of loading and unloading procedures
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems
Job Experience
• 1-2 years of experience in transportation and logistics
• Experience operating a variety of vehicles
• Experience with warehouse management systems
Job Responsibilities
• Load and unload goods and materials
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed
• Follow safety regulations
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Operate a variety of vehicles
