Logistics Carrier Coordinator Jobs

Utilize expert knowledge of Truckmate to suggest improvement changes and better user experience for day to day operations

Maintain high level of brand experience (timely response, customer education on 3PL market insight)

3+ years of experience in 3PL business

Advanced knowledge of applications utilized by Logistics: TMW, Load matching software (DAT, Loadlink, ITS)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills , both verbal and written in English , with French as an asset

Detailed working knowledge of various types of fleet equipment

-Coordinating freights with carriers based on availability and by matching freight requirements.

-Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

-Strong communication skills, comfortable being on the phone with customers and carriers.

-Must demonstrate problem-solving and creative solution skills.

-Establishing business relationship and developing carriers by matching our laneways with their needs.

-Communicating with customers via phone or e-mail to provide updates or to respond to their inquiries.
