Demonstrated project management skills and experience to manage multiple complex projects under pressure to meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Possession of a related designation, such as P.Eng. and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) is an asset

Manages multiple complex capital transportation projects from planning stages to commissioning and closeout, consistent with corporate commitments (budget, schedule, quality, etc.).

Excellent oral, written/presentation, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated success working effectively and collaboratively in a large, matrix team environment.

Demonstrated experience and application of supervisory principles and effective practices to supervise staff, including unionised staff.

Experience with the Metrolinx, Asset Lifecycle Management Standards, preferred.

Develops and maintains the Asset Management and Configuration Management Plan.

Liaise with project design groups, quality, project management and other project teams in the context of Operations and Maintenance.

Provides all required Asset-related information and analysis and manages inquiries from O&M-internal and external sources.

Validating that the standard has all the fields and capabilities to house RAMS-related information and data for all assets.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of railroad systems and all related components.
