Overview Live Operations Specialists are responsible for the day-to-day operations of a live event or production. They are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly, from pre-production to post-production. They must be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event and be able to make quick decisions in order to keep the event running on time and on budget. Detailed Job Description Live Operations Specialists are responsible for the overall management of a live event or production. They must be able to coordinate with all departments involved in the event, including production, technical, and marketing. They must be able to manage the budget and timeline of the event, as well as ensure that all safety protocols are followed. They must be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event and be able to make quick decisions in order to keep the event running on time and on budget. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of event production and live operations
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Knowledge of safety protocols
• Knowledge of budgeting and timeline management
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in event production, live operations, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in event production or live operations
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
