Handling major incident management for all events that affect the availability of the Live Casino Service including but not limited to:
Execution of job duties requires secondary (higher, special etc.) education;
Strong written and oral knowledge of English;
Ability to follow procedures and fulfil tasks given by direct manager;
Ensuring that all tables are operational without interruptions;
Ensuring games results are completed and processed according to the correct procedures to guarantee integrity of games;

They are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly, from pre-production to post-production. They must be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event and be able to make quick decisions in order to keep the event running on time and on budget. Detailed Job Description Live Operations Specialists are responsible for the overall management of a live event or production. They must be able to coordinate with all departments involved in the event, including production, technical, and marketing. They must be able to manage the budget and timeline of the event, as well as ensure that all safety protocols are followed. They must be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event and be able to make quick decisions in order to keep the event running on time and on budget. Job Skills Required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in event production, live operations, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in event production or live operations
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
