Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Flexible Language Requirement: French not required

Assist Event Coordinators, Event Managers, Director of Venue Programming and Live Event Management and all other areas as requested

Currently enrolled in a University or College degree / diploma in a sport, public relations, event management or communications related field

Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required

Previous experience planning, coordinating, and executing events an asset

Support the execution of events by working with the Live Events team to lead all relevant event day personnel

Experience with test automation development

Experience writing and executing test plans, test cycles, and test cases for web applications

Experience with regression and functional testing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving, analytical, technical and troubleshooting skills

Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Protractor, Cypress or similar tools

Previous experience or training in the administrative aspects of building management

Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word

Graduation from high school or equivalent, or equivalent experience in an industrial or mechanical setting

Possess knowledge of WHMIS and Residential Tenancy Act

Salary: Up to $21.01/hr (includes base rate + premiums)
