Follow obsolescence management processes to assist in determining alternatives for equipment no longer supported by industry;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience liaising with stakeholders across a multi-disciplinary organization.

Liaise with the customer as necessary to identify opportunity, capture requirements and ensure that tasks meet expectations;

Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) certification and good standing in their province of practice

Previous experience in Reliability Engineering or similar Integrated Logistic Support / Integrated Product Support experience.

Strong analytical skills. A focus on integrated systems is considered an asset.

Production of Financial Statements, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual results including Income Statements, P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Management

Financial reporting and analysis, working closely with Senior Management on business strategies

Post-secondary education in Business Administration (or equivalent)

3+ years of experience in full-cycle Accounting

Strong communication skills (English essential)

Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter, collaborative

High volume full-cycle processing of Accounts Payables and Receivables

Account and credit card reconciliations

Establishing project teams, defining roles and responsibilities, and facilitating project team meetings

Experience managing large light industrial warehousing projects from cradle to grave (up to circa $50m+)

A great ability to manage client relationships

Collaborating with preconstruction in preparing, revising, and monitoring information regarding reports related to costs involved in developing the project budget

Directing the process of determining the quantity of budget estimates/deliverables to the client

Managing the project administration and daily operations, escalating issues as necessary

Identify gaps and discrepancies related to material certification requirements

A demonstrated knowledge of marine systems and/or submarine technical experience

An accredited technical college diploma, or an acceptable combination of training and 4 years' experience performing similar work

Experience working in DND’s DRMIS or similar SAP application

Practical experience with technical documentation review/analysis and with quality assurance processes
