Deploying and / or building (in partnership with our Development, Performance, Experience and Governance teams):

A post program sustainment and re-certification model for our ATB Exec leader program

Expanded learning methods including but not limited to potential community of practices, network events, coaching offerings, micro practice opportunities, etc.

5-7 years of experience in Talent and / or Leadership Development

Leadership experience (as a people leader of others)
