Manage supplier relationships in area of development, cascading of communication and governance and negotiate pricing on projects

Manage a Perfect Store Associate Manager and other project based personnel (as assigned from time to time)

Working as a team player with excellent collaboration skills

Lead and build effectiveness of the permanent & temporary empty displays, POS (online) catalogue/website through continuous improvement

Proven leadership and staff management abilities

Attend monthly Front Store Manager Meetings with other managers in organization

Thorough understanding of and the abilities to execute merchandising standards

Managing the staff, physical and financial resources of the front store and ensuring that the store objectives are achieved

Providing leadership and guidance to store staff, including the scheduling of staff within set guidelines

Ensuring the store delivers excellent customer service levels

Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom
