5+ years in technology with recent experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

5+ years of agile and scrum team experience.

3+ years of retail industry experience with Demand Forecasting, Planning and Allocation systems.

Proficient at requirement gathering, managing ambiguity, and driving a project from inception to delivery.

Collaborate closely with business users, functional consultants, and developers to implement business requirements.

Some knowledge of business domains, analytics, SAP BI Content, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Power BI or some combination thereof

Translating data into meaningful business insights in support of the overall business strategy

Taking ownership of assigned activities, with minimal supervision

Performs systems and business analysis, including analysis planning, analysis management and elicitation of business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements.

Under the supervision of the Product Manager, engages in product management processes and activities.

Experience writing business, functional and non-functional requirements

Experience writing analysis plans to ensure adequate requirements coverage and proper definition of the system.

Experience estimating, scheduling and supervising the analysis effort in collaboration with project managers.

Planning (ERP) and other business applications, including a minimum of two (2) years experience supervising a team.
