Lead Change Manager Jobs

7+ years of change management experience, preferably in public sector and unionized environments

Extensive knowledge of current change management methodologies, principles, practices, processes, tools and templates

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of change management, including

Comfortable with making decisions, problem solving, building consensus, and influencing with all levels of management

Experience working at a strategic level, liaising with stakeholders to identify potential change impacts and ensure change plans are in place

Significant experience in organizational change and development methodologies with the ability to demonstrate experience affecting culture change and commercial outcomes.

Strong knowledge of project and change management and organizational development.

Bachelor's Degree ideally in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline

Manage and engage people in a collaborative team setting on high-pressure, fast-paced projects.

Enable the establishment of effective change teams – design and commission, clarify requirements, confirm outcomes and establish effective ways of working.

Significant experience in organizational change and development methodologies with the ability to demonstrate experience affecting culture change and commercial outcomes.

Experience working and educating others in agile, lean, design thinking, and organizational change practices.

3-5 years of Change management experience

Drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the change management process & tools

Experience Facilitating working and training sessions

Strong knowledge of people change management principles and practices

Applying a well-structured change management plan, and a methodology for implementing any changes to employees driven by technology projects.

Developing a change management plan considering the project impacts how employees perform their job functions, customers and business units interact

Building and supporting the implementation of plans by business leaders and employee-facing managers.

5 years of proven experience in FI business functions including ITS, Security and compliance, insurance, Retail & wholesale banking

Identifying key stakeholders driving change and impacted by its technology outputs
