Lead Analog Ic Designer Jobs

· Provide accurate task timeline estimates to management

· Ability to perform project planning and provide high level guidance to management

· Have managed a large complex subsystem from feasibility to tape-out and support post-silicon validation requirement.

· Understand the requirements for the sub-systems

· Minimum 8+ years of IC or FPGA Design experience.

· Demonstrated solid RTL coding skills in Verilog and system Verilog

Organize and administer a case management system, providing individual attention to members.

Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate processes and systems impacting the experience of members in the conditioning room and surrounding areas.

Diploma or Degree in Recreation Leadership, Kinesiology, Physical Education or related field preferred.

Previous experience in development and implementation of new programs an asset.

Personal Trainer Certification (i.e. CPTN, ACE, etc.)

Experience and sensitivity in dealing with members of different cultural and racial backgrounds, including visible and invisible dimensions of diversity

Excellent problem-solving skills, analog aptitude, good communication skills, and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Lab test experience is a plus

Implement and simulate SerDes, AFE, and IO circuits

Document the circuit implementation and simulation results

Present circuit performances in internal design review meetings

Characterize circuit performance and post-process lab data
