Labourer Mobile Jobs in British Columbia

Excellent time management skills/must adhere to tight deadlines/respond quickly to situations

Cleans and stores equipment and machinery used, reporting any deficiencies to Management team

Make adjustments and minor repairs. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems

2 years + experience preferred, however willing to train a suitable candidate

Good verbal communication and writing skills

Knowledge of national and industry codes and standards such as WHMIS

REPORTS TO:** Security Programs Manager

Participate in progressive disciplinary meetings with Mobile Security Officers and the Security Programs Manager as required.

Provide direction, motivation, and ongoing training to the Mobile team by setting positive examples and conducting probationary and yearly reviews.

Provide documented, critical feedback and coaching to Mobile Officers either during their shifts, or at shift change each day.

Ensure the completion of a Mobile Department Orientation for every officer currently working on shift.

Ensure all standing post orders and scheduled daily activities are being performed/followed properly by the Mobile team.

Diplôme d'études secondaires et formation professionnelle et/ou certification ou permis.

Capacité démontrée à entretenir, dépanner et réparer (selon les qualifications applicables) les systèmes et équipements mécaniques et autres du bâtiment

Certification d'operateur de batiment ou equivalent par une institution accreditee requise

Exécute le travail conformément aux processus et pratiques établis

Surveille l'installation assignée en effectuant des visites de l'installation pour la surveillance et l'inspection des systèmes mécaniques, électriques et autres équipements.
