Operating the dishwasher, ensuring that it is running at the proper temperatures with proper chemical cleaners.

Washing all dishes generated by youth and staff.

Washing all pots and pans generated by food production according to the manual.

Serving meals and interacting with youth in a challenging and sometimes stressful environment; assessing when to involve Youth Workers.

Assisting in preparing dinners for the Intake and Outreach areas and transporting them to the respective areas.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Prepare and serve New York Fries, according to our operational standards

Provide our Guests with the highest level of customer service

Take Guest’s orders, ensuring we’re providing great fries quickly, accurately and with a smile

Efficiently operate the cash register to finish a sale

Possess a "Customer Service" attitude

At least 6 months of dishwashing experience

_*Dishwashers*_: Using 3 sink system and industrial dishwasher. Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes. _(Training manual will be provided)_

Availability to work for 1-7 days per week

Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment
