Investment Representative Jobs

Proven track record of investment sales and client relationship management

Accurately complete all investment paperwork ensuring it is in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

3-5 years of experience in the financial service industry, preferably in investment sales or mortgage lending

Strong communication and presentation skills

Identify, source, and secure potential investors for mortgage fund trust.

Present and explain investment products to potential investors, ensuring they understand the potential risks and returns.

CSC Certification (Obtained, or in the Process Of)

Strong Communication Skills (English - Verbal & Written)

Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through the coordination of efforts with various internal departments and divisions within the bank.

Solid understanding of Capital Markets products and processes including equity, fixed income and mutual fund markets

Ability to work independently, while remote, with proven time management, organizational and problem-solving skills

-Completed Degree/ Diploma in Finance, Business, Administration or related

-Keen eye for detail when tracking and formulating data

-Proficiency with Excel (Macros, V-Lookups, Familiarity with Access databases)

-Familiarity with the Canadian stock market is a high priority for this role
