Manage 3rd party Payroll providers (if applicable)

Follow up with managers/employees on missing documentation

Monitor changes in tax status of employees

Process and distribute manual checks

Maintain and administer employee earnings information

Maintain and administer applicable deductions

Hire and develop a team of talented Product Managers and help your team craft their objectives, KPIs and roadmaps.

Multiple years of hands-on experience delivering highly successful and innovative ad products that drive impact and revenue.

Experience leading a team of PMs: You are personally invested in coaching, mentoring and making great PMs even better.

A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent work experience is required.

Upload hours from the time management software to the payroll system

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;

Assist in completing year-end reporting requirements, Worker compensation, and reconciliations

Ad hoc duties as required and support to other Payroll Clerks

2+ years' experience working in a high-volume payroll processing role (ideally for US employees)

Experience with Workday or another cloud based payroll software

Seek feedback, continuously learn, and take advantage of opportunities to improve knowledge, skill, and experience

Report to management on payroll issues and changes to ensure quality service levels

Experience with EDI file feeds for payroll/benefits

Monitor and maintain accuracy of employee deductions, garnishments, and benefit enrollments.

Ensure timely 401k / NQDC transactions are managed

Payroll Certification (GPMI, CPP, or similar)
