Intermediate Scheduler Jobs

University degree with 4 or more (5 to 10 years) years of related experience.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;

Excellent knowledge and demonstrated ability to work in MS Office Suite

Assess and provide input to planning related deliverables including but not limited to overall project schedule, construction and specifically, commissioning schedule;

Develop and updates commissioning and start-up schedule and steward them regularly with project team;

Assists the preparation of Systems Completion deliverables to effectively optimize activities and resources, and share synergies for project completion phase;

Experience applying integrated cost/schedule and critical path methodologies within an Earned Value Management (EVM) environment.

Proactively identifies and communicates schedule dependencies, impacts and risks to the program management team

Participates and supports the program’s risk management and governance process

Provide assistance to Program Managers to organize and facilitate project planning activities.

Assists the program manager in developing and maintaining the Program Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

Strong MS Project or other scheduling software experience
