To become an Instructional Designer Level 2, you must have a combination of technical, instructional, and creative skills. The responsibilities of an Instructional Designer Level 2 include creating instructional materials, developing course content, and evaluating the effectiveness of the materials. They must also be able to collaborate with other professionals, such as subject matter experts, to ensure that the materials are accurate and up-to-date.
