The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:

Experience leading new product development and R&D for manufacturing

Experience with heavily automated manufacturing processes

Able to commute to Kitchener HQ 2-3 days per week

Exposure to .Net/C# will go a long way

At least 5 years of relevant business experience, related to Strategy & Operations or venture capitalist role.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking skills.

Experience with implementing construction technologies would be considered a strong asset.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
