It Infrastructure Systems Engineer Jobs

Securiv is excited to announce that we are hiring technicians and engineers for our Managed Services practice.

- To provide business level IT support to our Managed Services and Professional Services clientelle

- 2 years experience in Windows workstation/server problem solving and maintenance/care

- Microsoft 365 Administration experience is beneficial

- Understanding and experience of virtual infrastructure, specifically Hyper-V and VMWare.

- Salary position in a hybrid role that will be remote/onsite 70% of the time

Experience and comfort in using client management technologies such as Intune, SCCM/MECM, Group Policy and/or other similar technologies.

IT Service Management (ITIL) knowledge (preferable ITIL certified)

Experience with process mapping and design analysis with a talent in identifying technical efficiencies and proposing solutions to management

Experience with Veeam software for backup, replications to support DR requirements is preferred

Active Directory Administration – management of objects and policies, identities, authentications, integrations, and synchronization to Azure via AD Connect

Azure Administration – deployment and management of compute and storage resources

·Excellent communication and interaction skills to understand and deliver on schedule and business requirements

·Certifications in Citrix, Microsoft infrastructure would be an asset

·5 years work experience in the Insurance industry is an asset
