Overview Information Technology Program Manager II is a mid-level position responsible for managing and coordinating the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT programs and projects. The Program Manager II is responsible for ensuring that the program meets its objectives, is completed on time and within budget, and meets the needs of the customer. Detailed Job Description The Information Technology Program Manager II is responsible for the overall management of IT programs and projects. This includes developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinating resources; monitoring progress; and ensuring that the program meets its objectives. The Program Manager II is also responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving conflicts, and providing technical guidance and support. Job Skills Required
