Immediate Intervention Specialist Jobs

Function as liaison between the Account Manager, Senior Management, Creative and Development teams

Demonstrated ability to create and present reviews to both clients and internal management

General client support duties as directed by Account Manager or Director

0-3 years’ experience in marketing/ advertising industry

Post-secondary education with a focus on advertising, marketing, communications, or business

Excellent written and oral presentation skills

Strong presentation skills to present to in-house team, client stakeholders and management

Strong communication and analytical skills to understand customer business, elicit the needs and articulate them back effectively for feedback and solutions

A fast learner with an ability to understand existing ERP system

Ability to understand and document As-Is process flows and, consult and create To-Be process flows

Champion optimal and best practices of use and implementation of the ERP system in client's organization

Champion best practices of governance of the ERP system

To support the manager in delivering quality service across the units

To communicate effectively with your manager and team

To fully understand and interpret the CH&CO brand in terms of food and food service.

To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations at the relevant CH&CO site.

To prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard and in line with the CH&CO style.

To ensure food is seasonal, of known provenance and where possible sourced locally.

To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers.

Supports the function of utilization management regarding pre-certification process for all intakes and consults.

Assists in the update of referral / resource information and other data collection projects as requested by the Manager.

May serve as a preceptor for the orientation of new crisis services staff.

Demonstrates competence in caring for the agitated/violent patient, who may require treatment with seclusion/restraints.

Monitors the therapeutic environment as necessary.

Other related duties as assigned.

Ongoing professional development plus $250 annual funding (pro-rated) for continuing education and certifications

Provide single session 1:1 in person or telephone support for clients who will benefit from supports to alleviate any immediate distress

Assist clients and families to identify their concerns, increase their awareness, access resources and appropriate education about mental health and addictions

Understand the experiences and needs of the mental health and addictions populations

Build rapport and initiate conversation with others using interpersonal skills

Demonstrate crisis intervention skills for both telephone and in-person situations
