Demonstrated work experience conducting the Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) process.

Demonstrated work experience in developing normal use-cases and mis-use use-cases for evaluation of system integrity.

Experience reviewing, analyzing, discussing, explaining, and reporting cyber threats and results.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to respond to multiple incidents simultaneously and in a prioritized matter.

Certifications in cybersecurity incident response

Security Analyst - Incident Response (Permanent Position)

Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc

Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues.

Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and improve efficiency.

Collaborate with the business to leverage the Identity and Access Management system functionality to improve business processes.

Act as subject matter expert and coach/mentor other members of the organization on identity and access management best practices.

3 to 5 years of administration experience. Alternatively, candidate may possess an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience and education.

Demonstrated knowledge of Organizational Change Management (ADKAR) principles, approaches, and methodologies

Demonstrated experience with Dynamics 365

Demonstrated knowledge of CIAM best practices

Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate gaps in all aspects of an organization’s IAM maturity Additional Qualifications

Certifications may include: CISSP, CISM and related Microsoft technologies.

Demonstrated experience with Agile and DevOps environments

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is looking for a Senior IAM Architect / Engineer

Mostly remote, with occasional onsite on a need-basis

 At least 10 years of experience in Information Security

 7-10 years of experience in the selection, architecting and engineering in one or more of the

 Strong application on-boarding experience in IGA tool

 5-10 years of experience in the implementation of a PAM solution (Beyond Trust and/or CyberArk)
